Nature Link knows that receiving your orders promptly is of the most importance. That's why we structure our business to have the optimal amount of stock available for immediate shipping. However, we pride ourselves on prompt, consistent communication throughout the order life cycle. Even if an item is not readily available, we can usually ship it within a few days. We will never leave you wondering where your order is or when you will receive it! 

All orders over $40 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) will qualify for standard free shipping.

Packaging: We ship everything using eco friendly wrapping, paper tape, recyclable and compostable boxes or envelopes.

• We do not ship on Sundays and holidays.

• Once processing has begun for an order, it cannot be changed.
• For our standard service, we will choose the most ideal UPS or USPS.
• Packages are shipped UPS or USPS depending on your location and which shipping option you choose.
